What You’ll Do:
Promptly respond to customer calls, emails, and inquiries
• Prepare and share quotations based on client needs
• Follow up on orders, payments, and dispatch status
• Enter sales orders into ERP and track project deliveries
• Coordinate with internal teams for timely procurement and dispatch
• Maintain and update sales records and reports
• Support the sales team with administrative tasks and communication
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing consistent updates
What We’re Looking For:
• Excellent communication & coordination skills
• Proficiency in MS Office & basic sales tools
• Strong time-management and organizational abilities
• Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience welcome
