Position Requirements
- Educational Qualification: Diploma / BE/ B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering
- Experience: 6-10 years
Key Responsibilities
- Support the mechanical design team with quality checks and design reviews.
- Knowledge of EV 2W vehicle layout, components, and field issue handling.
- Create and maintain DRS, DFS, DFA, DFMEA documents.
- Coordinate field issue management and timely resolutions.
- Problem-solving using methods like root cause analysis and 8D.
- Proficiency in Teamcenter and NX software.
- Expertise in FMEA and 8D problem-solving.
- Experience working with customers and dealers to resolve quality issues.
Technical Competencies
- Well versed with Quality Engineering Principles and methodologies
Behavioral Competencies
- Good Knowledge of DFMEA, DFM, DFS, DFA, DRS and strong communication skills
- Knowledge of EV 2W Vehicles and coordination with CFT
- Strong problem solving skills and proficiency in Teamcenter and NX
